      2. Hygiene Notice: In the interest of hygiene, items that appear worn, washed, or soiled will not be accepted.

      2. Defective products need not be returned unless requested by our Customer Experience Team.
      3. Refunds for defects will be issued as:
        1. Bank transfer or
        2. Difru Wallet

      1. Exchanges are available for size issues or product dislike. No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.

      1. Available for most serviceable pin codes at a charge of Rs. 100.
      2. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product.

      1. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
      2. Share shipment details, including your Order ID, at care@difruclothing.com
      3. Courier charges for defective items will be reimbursed up to Rs. 100. For higher costs, retain the invoice for reimbursement.

      1. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check.
      2. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

 

Refund Policy

      1. Refunds are processed either as bank transfers or Difru wallet, based on the reason for return.

      1. Wallet Refunds: Credited within a few minutes.
      2. NEFT Refunds: 5-7 working days.
      3. Payment Gateway Refunds: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
      4. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
